  • We use PostEx courier service for deliveries
  • Delivery time may vary depending on location (usually 2–5 working days)
  • Once the parcel is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics or weather conditions
  • Correct address and contact number must be provided by the customer

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items
  • Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification
