• Once the parcel is handed over to PostEx courier, delivery becomes their responsibility

• We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information

8. Undelivered Orders

If a customer refuses or fails to receive the parcel:

• Future COD orders may be restricted
• Additional delivery attempts may not be possible depending on courier policy
