π Refund & Return Policy
π¦ Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if the product is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect item delivered
- Expired or defective product received
Return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
π Delivery Condition
Since we use PostEx courier service, all orders are packed carefully and checked before dispatch. However, once the parcel is handed to the courier, delivery conditions are their responsibility.
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor packaging damage (outer box only)
- Products without original invoice or proof of purchase
π Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5β10 business days
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer / wallet / store credit (as applicable)
- In case of replacement, a new product will be shipped instead

To process any claim, you must provide:
- Clear unboxing video (recommended)
- Images of damaged/wrong product
- Order number and details
